above price entitles your client to have their closing conducted at a location and a time that is most convenient for them.
We will come to their home, office or to any location in between, during or after business hours, to conduct their closing. Borrowers
must have a legible photocopy of their driver’s license
with them at the time of their closing as well as a third party person (a Witness)
to sign as a witness to their closing documents.
