We will need your help with the following items in order to close your transaction on time!

Prior to Closing:

  • Forward a complete title order to our office;

  • Be sure to inform our office if there are two loans and provide us with the information for each lender;

  • Forward a copy of the Good Faith Estimate to our office;
  • Forward complete contract with all addendums to our office as soon as possible (if applicable);

  • Forward any payoff information from your borrower to our office as soon as possible;

  • Provide our support staff with the phone number of your client;

  • If your lender changes, please notify our office as soon as possible!!!

  • Confirm Date and Time of Closing.

At Closing:

  • Forward the loan package to our office at least two (2) days in advance.  The early we receive the package, the easier it is to correct any mistakes and the less likely it is that the closing will be postponed;

  • Forward a Copy of Appraisal to our office;

GEORGIA GOOD FUNDS REQUIREMENTS:

We can only accept loan funding in the form of:

  • Wire Transfers or;

  • Certified Checks, Cashier’s Checks or Treasurer’s Checks issued by or drawn on a federally insured bank or credit union or any holding company or wholly owned subsidiary of a federally insured bank or credit union.
     

  • *We encourage the use of wire transfers for all loan funding.
