AREAS OF EXPERTISE:
Chester H. Arter III (“Chet”) is a top-tier graduate of University
of Miami School of Law with an extensive background in commercial and residential real estate transactions, general corporate
law, leasing law and telecommunications law. Experienced in a broad range of real estate transactions, ranging
from the small $6k deal to the massive $40 million transactions, Chet regularly advises both financial institutions and developers
in the financing and development of office, multi-family, retail centers, and single-family projects. In his default
services practice, Chet represents numerous lenders in the foreclosure and dispositon of property. In his leasing practice,
Chet represents both landlords and tenants in single and multi-tenant buildings and retail centers and telecommunication site
leasing and licensing. In his corporate practice, Chet works in tandem with his clients in real estate aspects of merger
and acquisition transactions, drafting and negotiating contracts, and in other day to day business decisions. Chet also
advises financial institutions and other lending groups in making permanent and construction loans.
