Gregory W. Dye's (“Greg”) field of law concentration is residential real estate title and settlement.  After several years at the law firm of Morris Hardwick Schneider and then at Perrie & Cole, Greg joined the Firm in 2006.  Over the years, Greg has reviewed hundreds of title examinations and has conducted thousands of real estate closings.  Greg currently handles residential real estate refinances and purchases, and assists with commercial real estate transactions.
